• Present the Wetan — The Arch Villas project (52 luxury villas in Dammam, Eastern Province).
• Receive enquiries and initial reservation requests via the contact form.
• Facilitate contact with the sales team by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Provide informational content about the project: location, areas, architectural styles, lifestyle.

All content on the site — including the logo, trade name “Wetan”, designs, photos, videos, copy, architectural drawings, 3D renders, and PDF files — is fully owned by Wetan Investment & Real Estate Development or licensed to it from its original creators.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, republishing, or distributing any content without Wetan's prior written consent.
• Using the Wetan logo, trade name, or visual identity for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without permission.
• Creating derivative works from the site's content.
• Reverse-engineering the site, its systems, or its source code.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content or data at scale.

You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes:

• Browse content and review project information.
• Submit a genuine enquiry with intent to invest or purchase.
• Share page links on social media.
• Download the project profile (PDF) for personal review.

The following uses are prohibited:

• Impersonating another person or providing false information.
• Attempting to access non-public parts of the site or systems.
• Submitting fake reservation requests to harass or flood the team.

• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
• The mobile number and email address belong to you or you are authorized to use them.
• You are not legally barred from entering real-estate transactions in the Kingdom.
• You consent to us contacting you using the information provided.

The site is provided “As Is” without express or implied warranties regarding:

• Complete absence of errors or viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wetan is not liable for:

Wetan’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed any amounts you have actually paid to the company through the site — and currently the site accepts no direct payments.

The site contains links to external platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Google Maps, WhatsApp). These links are provided to ease communication only. Wetan is not responsible for:

• The content or privacy policies of those platforms.
• The availability or continuity of those platforms.
• Any transactions or interactions conducted outside our site.

Wetan shall not be liable for delays or failures in service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, communications or internet outages, pandemics, wars, strikes, or emergency governmental decisions.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from use of the site shall be resolved:

• Amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
• If amicable resolution fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of the Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Wetan reserves the right to suspend or restrict your access to the site, in whole or in part, in the following cases:

• Breach of any of these terms.
• Abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use of the site.
• Attempting to compromise or disrupt the system or services.
• Submitting fake reservation requests or harassing the sales team.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect legal or service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after updates are posted constitutes acceptance.
